When pain breaks the soul... you need to Soothe and Strengthen

In this period in which many people are going through really great trials and difficulties, whether these are connected to physical, emotional or financial pain, I feel like sharing with you a practice that gives a lot of help in intense, difficult but very turning-point personal moments which carry with them a radical and indeed desired and hoped change.

Crying is always very useful, however when the tears don't stop in any way we need to intervene not to suppress them, this would be absolutely harmful, but to incorporate and embody STRENGTH within ourselves, given by a solid psycho-energetic structure and framework.

When the pain is so deep and intense that the tears cannot stop and you feel overwhelmed and gutted you need to SOOTHE and STRENGTHEN yourself at the same time.

The practice I will describe was kindly passed on to me by my invisible guides, who are always ready to respond when I ask them for help and direction.

”Imagine that a small circular opening on the top of your head and you let drops of PLATINUM in the liquid state of a silvery, metallic blue and metallic purple/lilac colour fall into it, drop by drop. Let these drops of platinum penetrate inside you and settle inside, especially in your skeleton, in every bone, including your teeth. Welcome the sensation of “fleshing out” and consolidation of your skeleton. Welcome the Platinum frequency and the colours silver, metallic blue and metallic purple/lilac. Feel them within you, part of you and in you and you will see how your whole being will calm down, feel solid and allow you to go through the turbulence of life very differently.”

You will witness something special.

It is no coincidence that the frequency and archetype of Platinum is here used; it is a light but extremely resistant and strong metal. This practice works on both the skeleton and the nervous system and gives you the strength to face any pain without being blocked and ensnared by it. Seeing is believing. Try it out.
