Integral and Shamanic Yoga

Shamanic Yoga is an ancestral, non-dualistic and ecstatic yoga. Of Himalayan Tantric matrix, it accompanies the individual to the fulfilment of his maximum potential, freeing him from the cage of mechanistic materialism to land on the firm ground of the non-objectivity of things, where the body is understood as a vehicle of pure appearance and matter is infinite possibility.

In Shamanic Yoga we can distinguish two macro elements: - the Mother Experience: visionary, ritualistic and meditative; and the Son Experiece: energetic and corporeal.
Some of the figures strongly related to this yoga are: Sri Aurobindo, the father of Integral Yoga, also called Purna Yoga and the mystics Naropa, Tilopa and Milarepa.

Through specific practices, the state of consciousness expands by entering ecstasy, the poetic mind state, allowing to reach the fulcrum of one's soul, the origin of every event / image of one's life.
Most of the asanas (positions) used in this Yoga evoke the images and therefore the spirits of a variety of animals, as archetypes belonging to our Soul.
The pranayamas (controlled breathings) adopted are non-ordinary as it is the effect that they produce.

The benefits of Shamanic Yoga are many:

- body harmony and well-being
- creating a healthy and beautiful relationship with food
- restoring harmony between the mind, heart, soul and body
- pacifying and resolve the turbulent events of your life
- managing strong emotions without being overwhelmed by them but being able to use them in the their full potential
and much more..
